Natulang is one of the few apps that makes you produce full sentences out loud, and its lifetime options avoid a subscription. Learners who need grammar explanations should pair it with a structured course.

What Natulang is

Natulang is built on speaking. Lessons are real-life dialogues in which the app tells you what to say in English and you answer aloud in the target language, with speech recognition checking you. It supports Spanish, French, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, Turkish, Ukrainian, Polish, Czech, English and Japanese. The listing says it works hands-free and fully supports VoiceOver.
